VMK Diamonds does not operate a retail store. This allows us to cut costs and focus completely on bringing you the most extraordinary stones at the best value. We work out of our office headquarters in the Diamond Bourse in Tel Aviv, Israel.

We believe that you should actually be able to examine and fall in love with your stone before you buy it, and that is why we offer viewings at many different locations around the globe.

VMK Diamonds only deals in 100% natural diamonds, delivered straight from mother earth to your collection. None of our diamonds have been laser treated, color enhanced, clarity enhanced, or modified in any way.
For additional assurance, every diamond that we sell is GIA certified (Gemological Institute of America) which guarantees that it is natural and untreated.

We do not carry any synthetic jewels at all.

The diamonds used in jewelry as side diamonds and accents are categorized as diamond melee, the term used for brilliant cut diamonds under .18 carats in weight.

Diamond melee is quality graded in three groups: commercial, promotional, and collection. Collection grade diamond melee consists of D-F color and supreme clarity, making it the highest quality available. VMK Diamonds uses only collection grade diamond melee in our jewelry and custom designs.

The vast majority of our stones are GIA certified. The diamonds in our Argyle Pink collection from the Argyle mines are independently certified by them, but GIA certification is available upon request.

Any jewelry we sell is accompanied by a full jewelry appraisal. Although smaller side diamonds and diamond melee (like in a pave set ring) are not usually individually certified, they are laboratory appraised and certified as part of the entire jewel.

Every appraisal includes:

- A fully accurate description of the jewelry.- A photograph of the jewel embedded on the appraisal certificate.- Estimated retail value that can be used for insurance and resale purposes.- The stones’ color, clarity, and carat weight.- The stone’s shape (e.g. pear, asscher, round, emerald, etc).- The metal quality of the setting when applicable (e.g. 14k, 18k, platinum, etc.).- Stamp of the certifying agency (e.g. GIA, GRA, IGI, etc.).

We do everything in our power to ensure that none of our diamonds were obtained by way of human rights violations, child abuse, violence, or unsafe mining conditions. All of our diamonds are purchased from reputable sources and from countries that are known to employ ethical practices in their diamond industry.

As a member of WFDB (Member #IDE4789), and supporter of the Kimberly Process, we are held accountable for every one of our diamond purchases, whether rough or polished. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward blood diamonds.

Any diamond that you can view on the VMK Diamonds website is available for purchase. Please note that a diamond’s availability may change very quickly due to the high demand customer volume.

Diamonds are forever and so is our commitment to customer satisfaction. That’s why every VMK diamond or jewel is eligible for a free cleaning every 6 months. You can also return your jewelry to our office for any maintenance needs, like prong tightening, rhodium plating and re-polishing.

White gold is given its pure white color by a process that plates it with rhodium. The rhodium plating can wear off over time, displaying the gold’s true buttery white color. We offer lifetime free rhodium plating on all of our jewelry to keep it looking like the day you bought it.

Although all of our diamonds and jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty, we do not provide insurance. We do, however, provide an appraisal that can be used for insurance purposes.

To ensure your security and peace of mind it is important to purchase insurance coverage from a reputable agency to protect you in the event of accidental damage and theft.

Every loose diamond and piece of jewelry is shipped out with a GIA lab report detailing every feature of the diamond or jewel. Upon receipt of your order, you can have this report examined by a qualified gemologist who will ensure that the merchandise’s physical properties match up to those listed on the report.

You can put any diamond on hold for 24 hours by calling our office or sending us an email with your full name, telephone number, and email address.

If you have requested additional information about a diamond (such as images or certificates) and require a longer hold, we can keep the diamond on hold for you until you have received the information.

Once we have put a diamond on hold it will appear unavailable on our website. You will need to contact customer service to make your order.

Use our simple ring sizer or order your free ring sizer to measure your finger and figure out your ring size.

We will resize any ring that doesn’t fit properly at no extra cost, provided that it is a reasonable size change (1 or 2 size difference).

VMK will gladly buy back any diamond that we sold, in its original condition and along with its original lab certification. We do not cover the shipping costs and we charge a 15% restocking fee.

Please note that this policy does not apply to any engagement rings or jewelry.

VMK accepts many payment methods to suit your individual needs:

Paying by wire transfer means transferring money directly from your bank account into ours. This is the most secure method of payment, and therefore our most preferred method. All payments made by wire receive a 4% discount.

Customers choosing to pay by wire will be given instructions during the checkout process. It generally takes 2-3 business days for a wire transfer to go through. We will ship the items once we are informed by our bank that a wire transfer has been completed.
At VMK’s discretion, we may require wire payment for international orders over $20,000.

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. All payments made by a credit method will be subject to a 4% service charge.

We will ship your diamonds and jewelry worldwide, absolutely free!

Although VMK does not charge any sales tax, your order may be subject to various taxes, duties surcharges or, VAT, depending on the country. If this does occur you will be contacted by the courier service with information.

We recommend that you check with your local tax authorities so that you aren’t saddled with unexpected fees.
Should you choose to decline the order and have it returned due to excessive fees, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We will ship out any loose diamonds and jewelry that are in stock on the same day that we receive confirmation of payment. No item will be shipped until full payment has been received. It general takes between 3 and 5 days after final payment is received for an order to arrive. Please check with us to verify shipping times to your location.

To ensure the safe arrival of your purchase, VMK utilizes the services of Malca Amit and FedEx, courier services that specialize in securing and shipping valuables such as diamonds.

All shipments are fully insured and VMK accepts liability for any damage in transit. We are no longer responsible once the package has been delivered to and signed for the by customer.

Depending on the location, shipment to delivery can take up to 2 weeks.

From start to finish, manufacturing and shipping custom designs generally takes up to 30 business days, depending on the intricacy of the design.
